Short-Term Rental (STR)

A Short-Term Rental, or STR, is a property rented out for brief stays, generally under 30 days. STRs include homes, apartments, condos, or other lodging types, often booked for vacations or temporary housing. Example: An apartment listed on Airbnb for weekend stays is an STR.
